We specialise in the fabrication of pressure piping, pressure vessels, and structural steel components manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, and a range of exotic alloys. All materials and welding consumables are supplied with full traceability and certification, which are incorporated into the Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs). Fabrication is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, with all required non-destructive testing (NDT) and pressure testing performed by NATA-accredited inspection providers.
Our team has extensive experience delivering repair, maintenance, and modification solutions for plant and process equipment, helping clients minimise downtime and maintain operational reliability. We offer responsive repair and alteration services with short turnaround times to meet urgent operational requirements.
As a dynamic and customer-focused business, we are committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing services. Our reputation is built on safety, quality workmanship, reliability, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

WELDING
We maintain an extensive range of qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Records (WQR), supported by comprehensive test documentation. These qualifications enable our personnel to perform welding across a broad range of materials and welding processes while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards.
Where project-specific requirements exist, we can develop and qualify welding procedures tailored to our clients' needs. By selecting the most appropriate combination of welding processes, consumables, and materials, we ensure all procedures meet the relevant code and standard requirements while delivering optimal quality and performance.
Our range of welding procedures complies with the applicable standards below,
AS/NZS 1554.1 - Structural steel Welding of steel structures
ASME Section IX - American Society of Mechanical Engineers
ASME B31.3 - Process Piping Guide
AS/NZS 3992 - Pressure equipment - Welding and brazing qualification
AS 4041 - Australian Standard - Pressure Piping

PRESSURE PIPING
We have the capability and expertise to manufacture both large and small-bore pipe spools and piping systems in accordance with client specifications and applicable national and international standards. Our extensive experience covers a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steels, nickel-based alloys, and jacketed piping systems.
From simple spool fabrication to complex process piping assemblies, we deliver high-quality solutions tailored to project requirements. We can integrate piping systems into equipment packages and process skids within our workshop, or supply pre-fabricated spool components for efficient transportation and installation on site.
Our focus on quality, traceability, and compliance ensures that all fabricated piping systems are delivered ready for installation and reliable long-term service.
We manufacture piping accordance to the below standards:

PRESSURE VESSELS
We work closely with our clients to design, fabricate, and supply customised pressure vessels ranging from small, single-unit vessels to large, complex multi-vessel packages. Each vessel is manufactured to meet the specific design requirements of the project and in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
In addition to new vessel fabrication, we provide pressure vessel modification, alteration, and repair services to support ongoing plant operations and asset integrity.
All welding is performed by suitably qualified and experienced tradespeople using approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and qualified welding procedures. Throughout the manufacturing process, pressure vessels undergo comprehensive inspection and testing by appropriately qualified personnel. Complete quality documentation, including inspection records, test certificates, and results, is compiled and provided within the Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) package to ensure full traceability and compliance.
